The Nominating Committee appointed by the BCSA Board of Directors, recommends the
following individuals for the positions listed below for the Fall 2012 / Spring 2013 soccer
year:

CONSTITUTION ARTICLE VI
GOVERNMENT/BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors shall, not less than 30 days prior to the annual election meeting, appoint to a
Nominating Committee, four members, no more than two of which shall be members of the Board of
Directors, and the President shall additionally name a chairperson of this committee. In addition to the
five persons above, the President and Vice President are ex-officio voting members of this committee. The
seven person nominating committee shall name at least one consenting member for the offices of President
(if applicable), Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer and shall publish such list at least twenty calendar
days prior to the annual meeting. Additional nominations may be made from the floor provided that the
Nominating Committee is notified at least fifteen calendar days prior to the annual election meeting of
such intent, including the offices for which a nomination will be made and the nominees. Any such floor
nominee shall be included in the final published list as a floor nominee and the office in which he seeks.
A final list of all nominees shall be published at least ten calendar days before the annual meeting. For the
purposes of the rule, “published” shall mean visibly posted at the Soccer office.
All nominees shall submit, at least fifteen calendar days before the annual meeting, a letter to the
committee listing their qualifications and why they feel they should be elected. These letters shall be sent to
the voting membership no later than seven calendar days before the annual meeting.

Due to unplayable field conditions, all games today March 10th, have been moved to Saturday April 28th. Contact your age group commissioner with any questions.

Rainout procedure is as follows: Determinations will be made most often on Saturday mornings before the first game. The best place to check for updates is this website. Each coach should be notified by a BCSA representative, and contact their entire team in turn.

It is always most expedient to assume games will be played as normal until informed otherwise by someone in an official capacity.

For this week only, the make-up schedule in the event of weather-related cancellations may be irregular due to issues around Spring Break. The policy for all other weeks is attached below.

Our Spring 2012 Registration is now over. If you missed out on signing up, you can catch our next registration in June for the Fall 2012 season. Players will need to be 4 years or older on July 31st, 2012 to be eligible to play Fall 2012.
