COACH’S REGISTRATION FORM SPRING 2012
We hope you enjoyed the Fall Season. To make our Spring Season run smoother, we would like for you to let us know if you’re planning on coaching in the Spring 2012 Season.
IF YOU PLAN ON COACHING IN THE SPRING 2012 SEASON:
*Please fill out the Coach’s Registration Form that is above and return it to the office by Thursday, December 22nd. You can mail it, email it, fax it or drop it off in the mail slot on the door.
IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON COACHING IN THE SPRING 2012 SEASON:
*Please contact the office via email or phone and let us know that you are NOT coaching.
*If you have a parent/volunteer that is going to take your position as coach, please have them go to our website and print off the COACH’S REGISTRATION FORM and return it to the office. (Or have them contact the office and I can email or mail them a form.)
*If we are unable to find a coach for your team, the players will have to be put into the POOL and placed on another team.
COACH’S PACKET:
We will mail a packet to all returning coaches on December 30th. It will be the Coaches responsibility in the Spring Season to collect money from their players and return it with the completed packet to the office by January 16th. This will give you two weeks to collect the money from your players. (We do not need new registration forms from those that played in the Fall 2011.)

Please email the office if you have any questions. I just want to be sure that I send the correct info to the correct person. This info is very helpful and saves a lot of time for the office staff.
IF YOU INTEND TO RETURN TO COACHING YOUR CURRENT TEAM, PLEASE FILL OUT THE COACH’S REGISTRATION FORM. PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM BY DECEMBER 22ND, 2011.
IF YOU ARE A NEW COACH AND WANT TO COACH OR ASSIST COACHING, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM SO WE CAN ADD YOU TO OUR DATABASE. WE NEED YOUR INFO ASAP DUE TO A BACKGROUND CHECK THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOU START VOLUNTEERING.

- U6 and U8 coaches are required to hold a G license.
- U10 and U12 coaches are required to hold an F license.

It is recognized that the players of BCSA can only get better through improved coaching. To improve coaching, improves and enhances a player’s experiences with the game of soccer. To further BCSA coaches’ skills, it is required that every coach in the recreational league obtains the appropriate coaching license as listed below:
