Tournament Check-In & Location

Check-In is on Friday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the complex or one hour prior to your first game on Saturday.

Entry Fee

Make checks payable to BCSA. No entries will be accepted without the entry fee. No telephone reservations will be accepted.

  • » U12 $235.00 per team (max roster 18)

All teams guaranteed 3 games.

Guest Players

  • » Academy 0 guest players allowed

Medical Releases

Each player must have a signed medical release form presented at check-in. Medical releases do not need to be notarized.

Registration

Registration will take place at the Abilene National Soccer Complex Office. All teams must check in at least 1 hours prior to their first game. The following items must be available during check in: current roster signed by coach and registrar with player jersey numbers, medical release forms, travel papers, entry form and entry fee. Teams who do not check in on time or do not have all necessary paperwork will forfeit games until their registration is complete.
